We are a small group of Christians who follow only the Bible and the teachings of Jesus Christ. We believe that:We follow the patterns of worship found in the New Testament.
- All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work. (Second Timothy 3:16-17 NASB)
Our church is structured according to the New Testament pattern:
- Assemble on the first day of the week (Hebrews 11:26, Acts 20:7)
- Break Bread (offer Communion) every Sunday (Acts 20:7)
- Sing hymns and spiritual songs (First Corinthians 14:15; Colossians 3:16, Ephesians 5:19)
- Teach and preach the word of God (Matthew 28:19-20, Mark 16:15)
- Give an offering (First Corinthians 16:1-2)
- Pray (First Corinthians 14:15, First Timothy 2:1-2)
We follow the Bible's Plan of Salvation
- Christ is the Head of the Church (Ephesians 5:23-24)
- Elders (First Timothy 3:1-8; Titus 1:5-9)
- Deacons (First Timothy 3:9-13)
- Preachers and teachers (Matthew 28:19-20)
We follow the Great Commission Commanded by Jesus Christ
